Went today for a regular pedicure. Pictures are from after. I do not understand why lately employees have been lack luster on making sure they remove all dead skin I mean barely any pressure at all and when you say something you’re made to feel some way for saying something. My last appointment in January same exact thing and employee argued with me about the color I wanted because I wanted to add gold flakes. I truly used to enjoy coming for my pedicures here. After today I may reconsider where I go from now on.

First time here and will definitely not be back. I brought a friend in to get our nails done together and catch up and have some girl time. While the service was perfectly adequate the management style is not ok. For a new customer walking in, I found it incredibly rude to ask a customer to pay prior to the service being done. My friend was getting a simple manicure and I was getting a more complex full set-ombre. The tech working on my friend stopped mid service and proceeded to ask her to pay (her Polish wasn't even on yet). I thought this was odd and asked why this was required. They explained she would need to pay now and it was normal for them. I asked politely to have us pay at the end of our service as this wasnt normal. Service proceeded to go down from there. just had a walk in green tea gel pedicure with Angela. Best pedicure I can remember having. Nice and calm and very well done. I hate when I go into a spa/nail salon and they have the news blaring. Will definitely be back. *please note* I thought was paying $60 but it ended up being $83 because of the gel. I was fine with it since the service was so good, but would be good to make more clear.

I went to get a regular manicure. I felt that my manicure was rushed and looks like something I could have done at home. My technician applied the polish on wet layers and the final top coat was so poorly applied. The technician only applied the top coat in the center of the nail so you can very clearly see a ridge/edge of the top coat. Because the polish was applied to wet layers, I have bubbles in my nail polish. I went with friends who got gel polish and they seemed to have a good experience. And their technicians seemed to take their time and care

Never again will I return. I made an appointment and had to wait an extra 15 minutes which initially I was fine with …. Finally one nail tech started taking off my polish and then she left to go do someone else’s pedicure. I waited another 15 minutes for someone else to return. The next tech started shaping my nails then walked away to go assist someone else. At this point I was left waiting again while two other clients were getting their nails done each with two techs (one for each hand)! They not only wasted my time, but made me late for another appointment.
