Today, I treated myself to a facial that completely surpassed my expectations. Miriam Lewis, a lovely and thoughtful esthetician, guided me to a serene treatment room upstairs. Her skilled hands worked wonders, providing a blissful and relaxing facial. The calming essence of lavender essential oils felt so calming at the beggining, combined with a luxurious chocolate mask became a cherished indulgence. Miriam’s professionalism and genuine care transformed this session into an uplifting experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Miriam; her exceptional skills inspire and uplift. She is truly a gem. Yes, I will be booking with her again.

I originally made an appointment with a girl that rents a room, Kasha. I arrived at 8:58am for a 9am appointment. 9 rolled around, 9:05, 9:10, 9:20. No one was able to contact Kasha. The receptionist at one point said I'll call Kasha even though that's not my job. Ummm ok, thanks for that. They eventually said Kasha is just a no show. They offered to get me in with 1 of their students. I was hesitant because I wanted an actual professional. The receptionist insisted that the girl, Elizabeth, was really good. Then the instructor, 1 student, 2 students, several people assured me she was actually really good. I have never heard of Austin Kade and so I was taking their word for it. Run don't walk away from this place if you want hair services. My cut was OK, but the color service was the worst I've ever experienced. I cannot believe the instructor let me leave the way my hair was colored. I occasionally go to schools for hair services when my normal hairdresser is unavailable. 90% of the time they do a good job, once in a while there is something not quite right, and that's OK. It's the risk I take with going there. This time, I had to immediately go to another salon, otherwise I wouldn't have wanted to be seen in public. Thank goodness for places like Walmart with walk in services. I wish I had thought to go there in the first place.

Today I went in for a lash lift and tint with Ebony, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My lashes look amazing!! Lifted, dark, and so natural yet glam! Ebony has such great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in her work. I left feeling so confident and SO happy with the results. Highly recommend booking with her, you won’t be disappointed! 😊

Ella and her Instructor (She introduced herself, unfortunately forgot her name. She was wonderful as well.) Ella is an amazing cosmetologist starting out and that is such an understatement. My new hair color is natural, beautiful, "gradient" (a word she used I now love.) Had no idea my thin, frizzy locks are CURLS in hiding and now I know how to properly care for them. These ladies were so knowledgeable and kind. All of these students work extremely hard and have great instructors guiding them and it really shows. Can't give them enough credit. Great experience!
