I once took my toddler here and we had a wonderful experience. Sophie was incredibly patient and attentive, making my child feel comfortable throughout the haircut. She listened carefully to our preferences and delivered a great haircut that suited my toddler perfectly. The salon was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. While we had a fantastic experience, I’m giving 4 stars as I believe there's always room for improvement in any service. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality haircut for their little ones.

I keep giving this location chances purely because it’s conveniently close to my house. You’d think that would count for something. Unfortunately, every time I walk in, I leave feeling like I interrupted someone’s day. I’d love to feel welcomed, but instead I consistently get this weird sense of being a burden from Jennie. The long waits, the cold energy — it almost feels intentional, like I’m being subtly discouraged from even sitting down. Just off vibes all around. No need for a response. I’ve seen the way “complaining customers” get told to take their business elsewhere in other reviews. If that’s the attitude, message received. I’ll gladly do exactly that. Lisa has been doing my hair, and I always end up leaving with the most gorgeous waves. She makes my hair be its full and wholesome self, and she is super precise with the cutting, the tools and the finishing touches. I definitely recommend everyone get their hair cut by Lisa!

Weirdest thing happened ever. Lisa told me she can only do so much in 30 mins and she has to be done in 30 mins as there is a clock ticking in the computer!! Because we spent 2 mins talking now I only 28 mins and if I wanted layers after a cut and a small bang then I need to book another appointment with more time. she said it's a barbershop, not a salon! I have been to great clips and cost cutters before, never heard such thing! The shop was all empty and another hair stylist was available if someone comes.

I tried coloring my own hair and I really messed it up. It was way too dark at the roots, which was not what I wanted. Noel at Austin Haircut Co knew exactly what to do. I came in last week in a panic. She told me how to tone it down and it looked so much better. Today she put some beautiful highlights in it and I love it 💕 She really knows what she’s doing when it comes to color and hair. Thank you, Noel Amy Stanley
