this has always been a go to for nails for the past 3 years. It's a bit expensive but the service is worth it. Today my experience through out the service was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. But when it came to pricing i'm honestly taken a back and feel completetly taken advantage of. I booked my service through class pass for a refill which is priced at $50 And was charged an extra $150 for design. I was in between two designs the one I have or completely chrome. The artist assured me that what I have would look better. My nails were painted pink and two gold Star was added to each nails with a gem. According to cashier at the front each star with a gem is $8, something I wish would've have been disclosed earlier. To be honest, this is not a $200 dollar refill set. I have alway

I’m really upset to be writing this, but I hope it’s taken as constructive feedback so improvements can be made. I come here every two weeks for the same gel manicure and pedicure with a French tip. I always get the same service, it usually takes about an hour, and I always leave loving it. I typically see whoever is available and have never had an issue until today. This time, once we got to the French design, there were multiple problems. The lines were thick and uneven. I politely asked the technician if she could fix them because each nail was coming out wonky. She called the manager over, and I explained the situation. Super friendly, had great conversation she paid attention to what I wanted, she gave recommendations and very detail oriented! It didn’t take her a long time to work and it was flawless.
