Rude customer service on the phone and in shop.... overheard them yelling at a hair dresser on the phone which was on speaker. Asked about returning a producted because it was causing a client's scalp to breakout and skin to itch. There issomething wrong with the shampoo and conditioner. Client has been using pureology for years and now the shampoo is not as purple looking and thick as before and the conditioner is not as minty. Called and asked if anyone else had said anything they said no but I have had 3 clients say the same thing to me in the last 3 weeks. They would not take the product back unless they could resale it. She did not care that I had clients having issues with it. These where the big bottles, my clients threw the brand new bottles out. Very unprofessional and did not

I've been shopping here so long these guys are like family to me they provide me with quality product and color. Their customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend them to any Salon or stylist looking to provide their own clientele with the upmost and Salon care.
