Didn’t get what I asked for. My stylist didn’t know what she was doing had to ask for help. I don’t mind If you don’t know. Just tell me you don’t know how to do that instead of doing it and ruining someone’s hair. I understand they can be in a learning process But can you please let your customer know that you don’t know how to do that. So they scan leave or trust your process.

First time visiting the salon and I got my haircut by Lauren. She did a great job. I will be coming back. I definitely recommend her!

I was referred to her by another local stylist because Linda is known for her artistic genius and talent for color. She also has a spunky and vibrant personality that keeps me laughing throughout the appointment. I came in with platinum blonde hair and grown in dirty blonde roots. I asked for a blended balayage with subtle highlights, a keratin express treatment, and a cut, thinning, and shape; all of which was executed perfectly. I had an appointment with you in December 22 for a perm and waxing of the eyebrow and lip. Actually, I should have left the store when the hairdresser started wrapping my hair. Even while wrapping it up I noticed that the technique was not really well mastered. She broke the rollers and she did not lay the hair paper flat against the roller on the second turn, so that the hair did not lie smoothly around the roller, the crease in the hair paper meant that no proper wave could form. The second thing that made me wonder was that she wanted to make the haircut before the perm, which actually makes no sense, because you only see afterwards how the waves fall and usually adjusts the haircut to it, but since she only cut off the tips instead of cutting a hairdresser, it didn't really matter in t

Edited to add: it wasn’t a wedding appointment. It was hair and makeup as a wedding guest. Not surprised they still take no responsibility for booking the appointment twice and losing it twice. Avoid this place at all costs! I called 6 weeks ago to book hair and makeup for today 3/28. They booked the appointment. I called back 3 weeks ago and they said they couldn't find the appointment. The owner called me back and confirmed the appointment. I told was assured everything was confirmed and ready to go. I got on island 2 days ago and called to confirm. The teenage girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She said they had no record of the appointment and seemed completely indifferent.
