I come here on the weekends after my long runs.. I'm really bad at recovery myself and I don't foam roll or stretch.. This place is an absolute game changer. They focused on my legs and they walked on my legs for about an hour flushing out all the lactic acid then stretched out glutes and hamstrings. The attention to detail what's the next level. The next day, the soreness from my run was almost non-existent.. I make this a regular routine during marathon training. Absolutely love this place. I come here mainly for recovery, definitely not relaxing but the benefits are incredible.
