Chloe is literally amazing. But honestly the entire shop is great! So relaxing and I love my nails every time!!! Price is also very reasonable. Especially for my length nails and if I ever get art, price is amazing compared to other salons.

I always come to have my gel or polish here because they're nice and hospitable. I mistakingly chose a polish color I wasn't satisfied with, but they were understanding and coated over it with another color without charge. I'm picky I wanted it to match my hair 😅 very patient

I had the worst experience. When I walked in I literally asked the manager “Can yall do nail design? “ She says yes in a hurry. I didn’t ask for the craziest design either… it’s just nail spray pain and leopard print. After I showed her my nail picture, she proceeds to say they can. Then I get paired with a nail lady that looked confused entire time like she’s new. First she mishaps my thumb, and I ask a fellow customer next to me and she agreed it looked crooked. Then manager had to show her how to light cure gel-x and didn’t know what air spray for nails was. Total disappointment. I didn’t ask for a lot, but if you don’t know how to do something either say it upfront or pair me with someone else. I paid over 200$ for something that looked completely different. There are days that I am not organized to make and keep an appointment. Aura has always been able to accommodate me walking in. I've only had pedicures done, some with gel polish and one with regular polish. The staff has always been polite and thorough. The location on N. Shepherd is in my neighbourhood, so it is handy. I often watch them sanitize the chairs and, of course, the tools before they autoclave them. They have a really good selection of gel (including cat's eye) polishes and regular polishes. I have absolutely no complaints. My feet are smooth and don't look like I could shimmy up a tree like a bear.
