Lovely experience. This place has so much to offer and the owner is extremely knowledgeable. I tried everything they had and really felt the difference. They have different temperature ice plunges, which is great for someone new to it like myself. Also, the place was beautifully designed and relaxing. Sadly, it was well out of my price range.

Very friendly. Came in on a whim with a promotion and left with a membership. Austin and Tyler were great in assisting me through the process and explaining everything. Not inky did I get their support, but support from other customers cheering me on as I pushed through the cold plunge. Hahaha. Highly recommend! :) Not to mention, I feel rejuvenated!

I can't recommend the team at Augment Wellness highly enough - they've changed my life! I live with migraines, and cold plunge therapy has become a staple in helping me manage them. I've been going at least weekly for the past several months (my husband and I go every Friday morning). The staff is so helpful - they've helped me with my practice and are so encouraging. Highly recommend!
