Terrible experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars, took my daughter there today to get 2 feed in braids. The braids looked TERRIBLE!! Super sloppy like it had been braided by a child . It took her 3 -4 times just to do one braid , then she kept saying it look like this because her hair is thick and she was crying. Then she loaded my baby hair with so much gel, It was ridiculous!! When I told her it looked sloppy and asked her to redo them she caught an attitude telling me and started talking to her sister in their native language. They never have to worry about me as a customer again. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone.

Tonya always gives great customer service! She’s excellent at hair braiding/styling! I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and I’m satisfied every visit. She’s the best!

I wish I could rate 10 stars! Very professional and on time! I choose this place bc it was 5m from my house and offered early AM appts. I got there at 7a and she was ready to start, she was literally waiting on me❤️. I'm a time sticker and she exceeded my expectations. I was done at 11:30am with 2 braiders. The women were fast and professional. The price was reasonable, the results were amazing, therefore a handsome tip was definitely deserved! I'll be returning to this shop for all of my braiding needs in the future. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone looking for beautiful braids, great prices and professionalism.

I have been coming to Tanya for over a year now and I love her. Her service is amazing and she's quick with her hands. 10/10 recommend
