Hicham did a tremendous job on my Asian porcupine hair. I got a high fade and he did a really good job blending it in. Also got skin care on top of it too. Would totally recommend Hicham For anyone with rigid straight hair that sticks out from their head.
I had an amazing experience at Atlas Barbershop! One barber , I think his name Hishan, worked on my haircut, delivering a perfectly clean skin fade and a detailed beard trim. The attention to detail was outstanding—they took their time and didn’t rush through anything. What really stood out was the level of care they put into their work. He paused several times throughout the process to show me the progress, making sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. To top it all off, he included a complimentary steam and facial treatment, which was such a nice touch and made the experience feel even more premium. Big up to the talented barber who made sure I walked out looking and feeling great! I highly recommend Atlas Barbershop !! And also I did like the new renovation that was d
Was just an okay barbershop, nothing particularly amazing. The barbers here weren’t exactly the most experienced folks but at a price of $45 for a skin fade among other things, this place just isn’t worth your money and outrageously expensive for the average student. You can get higher-quality haircuts for cheaper prices elsewhere in other Somerville and Cambridge barbershops (especially the Dominican ones), or University Barbershop near BU. There is truth to some of the one-star reviews on here, and I could see why people made those comments. In short, this was basically an overpriced mid-tier barbershop. Also, the inexperience of the barbers may also contribute to time delays, so if you’re in a rush, I wouldn’t recommend this place (even if you make reservations, expect to wait at least
I went there for the second time and these have been the two best haircuts I ever got. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The barbers pay attention to detail which I appreciate a lot.
Second review. Blessed to have also gotten a beard cut by Hicham. Possibly the best beard cut in my life. Insane attention to detail. Top tier. Legendary cut. Previous review: Amazing cut with Ben. Really good attention to detail and excellent intuition. Great cut. Feeling like a new me. 10/10 Overall. Consistently amazing. Cannot recommend enough.
