Absolutely no stars. This is the rudest place I have ever walked into. Not once, not twice, but three times I was told I had to wait 30 min. Waited each time and the lady pretended she didn't know I was even waiting. Another lady came in after I had waited for 2 hours and got sat down right away. I walked out and will never go back. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I went here with my 2 nieces and sister. I asked for almond shape nails and they squared them. My nails were uneven and snagging. Didn't put lotion or oil on my manicure. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was all of 5 minutes. My sister has thick cuticles that usually take a bit longer to clean and again the lady took less than 5 minutes and didn't even push the cuticles back. My niece had a thick layer of nail polish that didn't even dry after we were home. The guy that did my nails also smudged them when he put my sandals on and the polish isn't flush. The pictures are of both my sister and I. Awful place, don't go here even if it's your last resort.

Two days ago I got my nails done at this salon and the material they use is extremely low quality or old because immediately after I got them done the acrylic and gel started to lift. I went back thinking they could fix it and the nail guy offered to just put glue instead of redoing the nails the proper way. I was insulted after he offered to just glue it, as I am a paying customer and expect great service for what I am paying for. If it were me running the business and I would like it to thrive I would have redone the nails and own up to the mistake, which would keep my customers coming back. I have been doing acrylics on my nails for about four years now and this has never happened to me. Please save your time and money as they do not value their customers and are not willing to rectify

Sadly this was my nail salon for 6 years since like a year and half they are being converted to very poor service you ask what you want and they do whatever they want or is better for them being me the one that pay for it I told today the lady full set cause I want to change my nail color I allways do deep powder she told me do refill and I’m like ok she know what hat she doing she is pressuring me to do red I’m like I don’t want it, I start looking for a color I decided the color then I see she start putting same color and then put a gel on the table, I told her I don’t want to continue cause that’s wasn’t what I ask for , and is the second time it happen there this to me , then she told me why I don’t speak whit her first so what mean full set???? New nails new color no? I’m very

Overall disgusting “nail spa”, somewhere you except to be clean and tidy is infested with roaches. They were all over the seat I was on, when i told the guy he disregarded it and continued working on me until i asked him to move me. That will be my first and last time going there.
