I got a Japanese relaxer (hair straightening). Very pleased with result. Have been a return customer for years. They use a high end gentle product which won’t damage the hair. Over all very happy with all then service.

I had such a great experience here! I came in for a haircut and left not only looking fresh but also feeling like I found my new go-to salon in Ithaca. The space is clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the stylist was incredibly skilled and thoughtful throughout the entire process. While chatting during my appointment, I learned that the owner also runs a long-standing salon in Syracuse that’s been around for over 15 years — and you can tell. The experience and care really come through in the way she works. It’s clear she loves what she does and takes pride in making clients feel confident and happy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality cuts and warm, professional service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

UPDATE 10.8.2025 The team called me after my unfortunate experience with apologies and an offer to fix my hair at no charge. I totally understand if folks wouldn’t want to go to the same salon after having their hair messed, but I was very appreciative of their apology and decided to go. I’m so happy to share that they did a great job! I had Jack, who looked over my hair and gave it a wonderful update. I’ve updated my attachments to include the initial bright purple done by Sunny, the fix up from Jack, and the final fix up also from Jack. Truthfully, I don’t think I’d go back for color anytime soon considering the whirlwind I had, but this salon really treats you so excellently. This was my first time having a hair problem, and both Jack and Shuping really went above and beyond to fix it

Sunny was very skilled! I felt like i got a professional stylist consultation too with the haircut. He takes into account your facial features, preferences, and routine to nail the best hairstyle for you. 10/10

Having my hair done here was a perfect experience. Zane customized a hair color for me based on my skin tone. Although it was just a simple brown, it suited my complexion perfectly. I absolutely love it! Thank you so much! 🙏 I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Zane!
