Asia Nails

Me and my best friend spent 175$ both got nails and toes done and even as we asked for things to be fixed during the appointment, they did not listen. It's been 12 hours and I already have a nail that cameoff, the paint is messed up on another nail, they painted all over the skin of my toes and never fixed it, when I tried to take the gel off of mt skin it came off my toes as well. I am so unhappy and now we cant get anyone on the phone to answer. We are so disappointed in the experience we had!

I paid 130 for basic pedicure and acrylic nails for my daughter and I. We have flooded cuticles, polish everywhere but where it should be and my nails are still not dry over an hour later and have been messed up. I have the green and my daughters is the black. They are varied thicknesses and are subpar at best. My daughter is completely reshaping and painting hers as we speak.

I’ve been going here since 2018 and never had a problem (other than my own color choice) never cut the cuticles too far,never over shaped and never crooked or anything!! He goes out of his way to put crystals and make my nails the nails I want the I love you time he wasn’t able to do what I wanted was when I had a pretty difficult design but he said he could attempt is but didn’t wanna mess up since it was a important set. Whoever said this place should be shut down is absolutely right! I had the worst experience ever! My 14 year old son could have done a better job of doing acrylic and pedicure than they did! And they charged us $140 ! I don’t know how they even have their license!!!

What I asked for (left) what I got (right)I’m not displeased with my nails as much as I wasn’t listened to or understood. When she was struggling to do the plaid I asked her to just throw some squiggly lines on there and she was persistent to do the plaid just for me to leave unsatisfied with the lines. My green nails are still not dry and it has been an HOUR. not to mention, I tried getting in my car and they got messed up, rightfully so I went back inside to get them fixed, they got fixed. However I was told to “be careful” my nails should be set when I am walking out! We weren’t paying $50 on some nails to walk out and be told to be “careful”
