my friend got a haircut here today, the lady was SUPER unprofessional and rude, wasn't even close to what he asked for and the lady had the audacity to say "I think it looks EXACTLY like the reference photo but 🤷🏽‍♀️". He is refusing to go out without a hat, I strongly advise you dont get your haircut for a male here, and we will not be returning.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Christine. I came in with clear, realistic expectations: natural-looking highlights with face-framing money pieces and an overall ashy tone. What I received instead was a bleach treatment that lacked any dimension or contrast—no highlights, no face-framing, and no ashiness. The result was not only far from what I asked for, but also severely damaging to my hair. To make matters worse, I also asked for just a one-inch trim, but my hair was cut significantly shorter than requested. Considering the high cost of the service, none of my requests were met, and I’m left with long-term damage and a result that was the complete opposite of what I wanted.

Christine was great! She did an amazing job on my hair. Love it! Also, it was easy to make an appointment via text and the shop is super cozy and nice.

Love this place. Christine is my hairstylist and she is absolutely amazing! Does a wonderful job and always goes above and beyond to do my hair to perfection. Love her! ❤️

I love this place; Christine has been doing my and my daughter's hair lately and she does a fantastic job. The place is clean, tastefully decorated, and much more open and spacious than you'd expect based on how large the building looks like from the outside. Service/responses has always been prompt in my experience.
