UPDATED ——I will continue to speak up anytime I am paying for a service that is not done correctly. The fact that I continued to return and give your business multiple chances should speak for itself. During my most recent visit, my toes were being painted, yet my toenails were improperly cut below the nail bed due to rough and careless handling by the technician. This caused pain and visible damage, and my toes do not appear professionally done. Offering a $1–$2 discount in response is dismissive and unacceptable. I have photos documenting the condition of my toes. There are multiple technicians, and I am serviced by different people each visit—if something is done incorrectly, I will address it. Got my nails done today and they were so accommodating for our walk in. We were greeted at the door, given a cold bottle of water and proceeded to our massage chairs for our pedicure. Great and clean! And the foot massage with the pedicure was wonderful!

Had went in with my two cousins for acrylic sets and had an amazing time. Everyone was so nice, understanding, and welcoming. Tina did my nails and did a fantastic job, definitely recommend. Lisa also did my cousin and was very funny and sweet.
