Lily Nails and Spa

First time getting pedicures at this salon. Everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. I will definitely come back again. Very pleased with the service and the attention to detail.

My first visit at this salon and it was disappointing considering all of the great reviews! Sanitary is extremely important when it comes to nail care. I give this salon a 0/10. No sterile tools were used before or after each client. I did not see any staff clean their work place or wipe down before or after clients either, the same rag was used for many. I had to ask for my cuticle care. And product still overlays my nail bed and now my fingers hurt. I also asked for hard gel.

The staff are friendly, and the spa is clean and welcoming. David is great with Pedicures and Tina is also great with custom French pedicures.

**update 11/25: it’s been 11 days since my dip powder and it’s already chipped. the day before I have to attend a wedding 🙄 never had my own dip only last a week and a half original: I have gotten pedicures from here before. I typically do my own dip nails, but we are going to a wedding so I figured I would treat myself. They workers were very nice and tried to accommodate the color I wanted (Shiny emerald green – this was the closest they could get). I got my nails done one day ago and they look like they are already grown out a week. There is also green dip powder left on several cuticles/nail borders. The guy doing my pedicure seemed to have a hard time squaring my toenails.

I was on vacation in the area and chose Lilly’s Nail Spa for my mani/pedi. I was in/out of there in just over an hour. Very satisfied with Tracy and Kevin’s attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!
