Ash Threading, Nails and Spa

1st experience was not the best. I got my eyebrows threaded by the woman in front chair. She did an amazing job, honestly the best I’ve ever had them done & I’m fairly strict with my eyebrows…now this is where things wasn’t the best for me. I was sent to an older woman for my Brazilian wax. First impression I was not confident on getting this done but needed it done especially after having a baby. So of course Im looking forward to this specific self care treatment. Welp let’s just say HORRIBLE experience. She did NOT know what she was doing. Not only that but they have the nerve to charge $75. I should have just went to licensed professionals at European wax center. She took breaks, she used eyebrow scissors claiming the hair was too long when that was false because I have went 3-4 months

Extremely Disappointed – Skin Torn Off During Eyebrow Waxing I had a truly awful experience here. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and left with a patch of skin literally ripped off. Not only was it painful, but it left me with raw, red marks that are going to take time to heal. What’s worse is that something like this should never happen if proper technique and care are used. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and training. I trusted this place to provide a safe and basic service, but instead I walked out feeling embarrassed, hurt, and very upset. I would strongly caution others before booking an appointment here. There are plenty of salons that know how to do a proper wax without causing damage. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve ever had.

I’ve been going to Yasmeen for quite a while. I receive threading service for my eyebrows and facial hair and also facials. Her work is excellent and she provides amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Stopped in and got threaded by Yas today. She did such an amazing job with my eyebrows and was very patient as I haven’t gotten threaded in a while. I will be back regularly for brows and will try the other services she offer.

Yasmeen/Ash Threading is the best around! I went to her when she is in the 440 mall but lost her during covid 😥 thankfully I found her again. Yasmeen IS WORTH the 2 hour and 15 minute drive to see her!! UPDATE: After my review above Yasmeen did one of her facials for me. I have extremely sensitive skin, I did NOT have one breakout, blotch or itch on my face in fact my face hasn’t glowed this much or been this soft in years. Thank you Yasmeen!!
