Horrible customer service. My mom went to get her hair cut and colored... The service she received was extremely poor that it confuses me to why all these people have left great reviews. The dog chased her bf away, and jumped on her and my mother is an elderly woman in her late 80s. She needed help getting in the seat because she has a walker. Jennafer was so kind on the phone when scheduling the hair cut and color. But as soon as my mom entered it was pure rudeness. She didn't say a word to my mom besides "you never scheduled for color I aintt got time for that you never told me you wanted color" well I was with my mother when she scheduled the apt. She definitely said color and cut.... this lady was very rude and unprofessional and it doesnt help that she has dogs running around chasing

Jennifer was recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to Austin. She's been my stylist ever since. Through curls, straight, colored red, blond, or streaky, short, long, & in-between, I have always been delighted with Jennifer's work! She's even been able to give me lovely nails that stood up to work, household chores, and taking care of a horse and riding. That's no small task. I recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a great stylist!

Great cut for a low cost. Love the laid back atmosphere of the place, too. Jennifer is my go-to and has been for 11 years. She's great with my 3 year old who has sensory issues. I don't need to go anywhere else.

I have used Jennifer for all my hair needs for over 20 years; she knew me before my kids were born and the oldest is 19 (this month)!! Four kids first haircuts and many more after those. Bridesmaids up-dos, proms, back to school cuts and on and on. My kids love feeling special every time!! Ask them about Jennifer's: haircuts, painted nails and M's. #lovethislife
