Honestly I wasn't going to leave a review even after receiving the worst coloring job I've ever had, but I was really disappointed by how Mariah responded so I felt obligated to share my experience. I came in for a balayage to lighten my dark hair to blonde, with 1 ask which was for it not to be orange. Unfortunately, it did come out super orange, but I left convincing myself it was just the lighting. After many friends agreed it was orange, I DMed Mariah on Instagram to see if she could fix it. I came back the next day, but it got even worse. Mariah ended up bleaching my hair again after admitting it did look very warm, and it somehow looked even worse than the day before - more pieces were orange, the highlights were chunky and not blended at all. Jo Blackwell runs a first class salon. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for 35 years because she gives me a great cut and I always get compliments on it. Jo listens to what changes I want to try and offers expert advice. Now my 18 daughter, with massively curly hair has Jo managing color and shaping. We take our hair very seriously, and Jo’s salon does too!

Got the blowout and deep conditioning as my hair has been so dried out from hard water and a cold winter. Mariah was so lovely and explained what my hair needed to improve and it was silky smooth and looked/felt so much healthier by the end!

From the moment I walked into the salon I felt like home. The space is glorious. Eddie was amazing. You have to ask for Eddie. He asked me great questions, did an amazing color & cut. I left the salon feeling like a few person. Lupe was a great help also and it was a pleasure to meet Sherry, who's managing the classpass services. They have a rockstar, extremely talented team & it was overall a great time. I will definitely be back.
