My experience was horrible. I asked to user fresh sanitized tools and they proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for clean tools . I opted to use my own . During the pedicure I asked not use the drill and they did so anyway. I had to use my own pedicure tools in order to feel safe. During the pedicure I asked for a foot massage and one was not given. The whole pedicure lasted only 10 minutes. When I got home I wondered why my feet hurt worse than before and noticed a lot of nicks on my feet from the cuticle nippers. They even refused to do a top coat. I wouldn’t recommend and plan on reporting them to our regulatory agency.

I went to this shop on Tuesday. I got gel polish on my nails. The polish chipped and peeled off the SAME NIGHT!!! I left for vacation the next day. I called the shop the next day and got the male employee. I advised him of the paint chipping and coming off. He immediately got an attitude saying that it’s impossible for gel nails to chip. I asked him if I could come in to get it replaced, when I returned from vacation. He stated that he would charge me. I love Tina and her customer service, but the male employee made it an absolute definite that they will NEVER get my money EVER AGAIN!

It was an okay manicure, the nails are strong but I wouldn’t say nail art is their strong suit. I started with a more complicated design that I was told would not fit on the nails AFTER my nails were built. So I found a simpler one and asked for the shape to be coffin instead. These are my nails in comparison to the reference. Edit: My pinky nail fell off on day three
