I began coming to this salon in July of last year to purchase Davines products after moving from Florida. In September, I decided to have my hair done and specifically requested Ranelle, but was told she was unavailable, so I went with Nicole. She is very sweet, but I felt she was not the best fit for my hair type. For my next appointment, I again requested Ranelle, this time booking over a month in advance. Right before the appointment, I received an email saying Ranelle would not be available and that I would be placed with the same stylist. I was frustrated and expressed my concerns via email and in a Google review because I had been very clear and intentional about requesting the stylist who understood my hair needs. I tried Damien for the first time and had an amazing experience! He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to ask what I wanted before touching my hair. He offered great advice and gave me an incredible haircut! I highly recommend Damien — he truly knows what he’s doing. He even taught me how to properly iron my hair without burning it, and I left the salon with my next appointment already booked. I absolutely loved the whole experience!

I had my first visit 2 weeks ago after going to the same place for 15 years. Needless to say I was a little nervous. But after Samantha cut my hair I was so happy with my results. She did such a wonderful job. And the place is beautifully decorated.

I have never had a better experience with a salon than I have consistently had at Artemis Studio. I was extremely impressed with the time and care that Damien and the staff took to make me comfortable and achieve fantastic results! Damien and I carefully walked through what I was looking for and how to properly take care of my hair after the appointment. I am looking forward to returning!

To start, the salon is beautiful and has a sophisticated rustic vibe which I love. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I love the complementary drinks! I rarely get my hair cut (maybe once a year) because I get so anxious about it — in the past, stylists haven’t listened to what I want and have cut off way more than I was comfortable with leaving me in tears. Damien is completely different. He listens to exactly what I want and does such an amazing job that even my husband has been impressed each time. I’ve now had two appointments with Damien and I’m so happy I found him! My hair looks great and feels so healthy after each cut. He has such a great eye for detail and is a perfectionist. He’s so sweet and makes the whole experience enjoyable. 100% recommend using him!
