Went for the first time today for a lash lift and tint. I’ve been a beauty professional for over a decade and I’m very picky. I came out looking GORGEOUS and their attention to detail was 5 stars. Review edit: unfortunately the lash lift was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Ruby and her team had to redo it because the next day the lashes were over lifted and curling into my eyelids. The second application was harsh on my lashes and noticed they felt less soft. I appreciate her fixing them but then over the next few weeks they went back to falling in many different directions and into my eyes. Each one that fell out looked folded vs curled. Unfortunately Greta needs better training and Ruby should not be charging almost $200 for someone who is not fully trained. My eyes have been unc

Ruby is one of the best decisions that I’ve made in my life. I was always struggling to fill in my eyebrows due to one being thicker than the other and the shaping being off, which would delay my getting ready process. I decided to do my permanent brows with Ruby and I LOVE them. They look natural, the shape is defined. The process was very easy, she explained how everything would work and look within the different stages of healing. I was able to communicate with her if I had any questions or concerns. I recommend her to everyone that compliments me on my eyebrows. Don’t wait. Just book ! You will not regret it.

She’s always honest and upfront with her recommendations, never pushes what I don’t need, and somehow keeps me aging backwards. IMagic is amazing!!!!! I have had my eyebrows done there and they still look great after many years!!!! Ruby really is a master artist!!! I started getting my lashes done for vacation a few years ago and loved them so much I keept up with them going forward. Nikki is awesome for lashes!!! I visited Ruby store to fix my eyebrows. They looked terrible with years of plucking my eyebrows that the hair stopped growing back. Ruby did a fantastic work by providing microblading and my eyebrows looked great. No more eyebrows pencils for me. It's been a year since they were done and no regrets. Sorry I took so long fixing my eyebrows. Now I come once a month for a facial with Jo. She is wonderful and very gentle while she is doing my facial. I am very happy someone recommended this place. No regrets.
