This review is about the lack of professionalism when it comes to appointments. The service itself is not bad but if you make an appointment using their online scheduling system, you will not be seen. My point is if you’re going to run a business and use a platform to assist clients in making appointments, then not uphold that system, then dont use it-its really that simple. Most people would be fine with the good old fashioned way of making appointments (phone calls) but to use technology in vain, makes no sense. Just sayin’

Yoselin is one of a kind! She has done an incredible job with my red hair in the past, but today I was ready to leave my red behind and go for a balayage. Removing red is one of the hardest things a stylist can do, and Yoselin handled it with such patience, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. Not only did she work so hard to give me what I asked for but she also made sure my hair stayed healthy throughout the process. My hair came out so soft, healthy, and natural, I absolutely love it! She knew what to do, and I fully trust her with my hair. On top of her skills, her pricing is more than fair and she is so kind!
