They start your pedicure off dry, as in no pre soak, and start cutting your nails. (Gross) They use tools that are not new for each customer, they’re just “cleaned” in between customers. And the gel mani I received while getting a pedi was horrible. See photos. I informed her that I had already trimmed my nails and shaped them but she trimmed them even shorter for some reason and gave me a lumpy gel mani. I felt bad because there were 3 people there all working on my services and they were all very nice but overall I was disappointed.

The customer service is great! Erica knows everyone that walks in the door and makes it a point to greet each customer by name. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed twice during the pandemic and a powder gel manicure once. They have been very vigilant with health precautions. Each client’s temperature is taken upon entering and the staff spray hand sanitizer for them. I do want to give the heads up that prices have risen due to covid precautions.

The ladies at Elegant Nails are kind and endearing. Erica, Candy and the rest of the girls are very sweet. I always feel welcome. My finger, toe nails and eyebrows look amazing. Candy gives great massages. The facility is amazingly clean. The ladies are so organized. There's so many nail salons in Larchmont but Elegant Nails is the place to be.

I love the interior design upgrade as well as the additional pedicure chair. The technicians are all very friendly and professional. I find the other customers to be pleasant, not pretentious like in some other Larchmont nail salons. My experience is always positive.

My first time there and it was really cute. Its not the biggest place but the spa- like design makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Erica did my nails and really took her time and didnt rush at all and she was nice to talk to. It will be my new nail place and im sure i'll try other things.
