Salon Firefly

I have been coming to Firefly for several years for cuts with Dawn and color with Stevie and Natalie. Everyone here is a pro, and the experience is always great. Salon is simple and chic, staff friendly and professional. With Firefly local, there is no reason to go into NYC for my hair, like I was before I discovered it! Even my 16yo is a fan!

One of the owners of Salon Firefly, Dawn, has been cutting my hair for over 20 years! I first met her at Bumble and Bumble in NYC where she was a senior stylist. When she opened Salon Firefly in Larchmont with another senior Bumble and Bumble stylist, I moved salons with her. Not only does Dawn give incredible hair cuts, but she hires only the best people to work with her. I recently had my hair colored by Stevie, another Bumble and Bumble colorist, and loved the results. I felt that Stevie thoughtfully listened, was kind and professional, and did a beautiful job with sandy blond highlights. I have been going to Salon Firefly for two years and can't speak highly enough about their staff and the salon. More than exceeds my experience in the city. Natalie is an amazing colorist who consistently keeps my red hair looking natural and healthy. Mossimo and Dawn are both very talented at cuts. Great place all around. Free blow outs with color and cut. Highly recommend!

Natalie at Salon Firefly took a bad dye from another salon and absolutely transformed my hair! Everyone in this salon knows what’s going on with everyone’s clients & seems invested in each and every client (even if they aren’t theirs) looking and feeling beautiful when they leave the salon. And on top of that, everyone I met who works here is so sweet! I will definitely be returning to firefly and I encourage others to also go here!

One of the owners Massimo is a true artist. Had my hair cut there twice, and both times nobody noticed. I am growing my hair out long, but business appropriate. He is a genius in making it look perfect, and letting the waves in my hair make a statement of sophisticated yet a bit bohemian. I receive many compliments from strangers as well as friends. I never got so much attention, and I am 57. Definitely try him.
