Arrow - Ridgewood

Ava and Rachel did haircuts today for my 5 and 9 year old boys. In addition to giving them great haircuts, they were so kind and warm. My oldest has very specific feelings about how he likes his hair and Ava listened to him and let him take his time to explain to her exactly what he wanted. She was very careful to understand what he was looking for and to check in with him. We love this Arrow location and these stylists!!

Been coming to Arrow for years now. I have had some great stylists and just wanted to give a shoutout to Gabby today for the great cut! Ava at ridgewood does a great job as well! Thank yall for being great and I love arrow because they do the best work.

Gabby did a great job with my son's haircut! She was quick and personable! We'll definitely use her services again!

I just had one of the most uncomfortable haircut experiences with Gabby. I went in with photos of longer hair styles, open to suggestions since my hair has only recently been long enough to try a new style. She was so dismissive of everything I showed her, was short with me, and honestly just clearly didn't want to have any sort of conversation about it. I proceeded with the haircut, and it seemed her solution was to just cut off most of my hair. While there are plenty worse things than a bad haircut, was left embarrassed and unsatisfied with the service. Maybe Arrow is just the type of place to go to get a stock fade and walk out the door. I'll have to look elsewhere.

Got a haircut with Gabby, she worked efficiently, she was nice to talk too and did a great job. She also made sure I didn’t forget my jacket on the way out which saved me a lot of time.
