Stephanie consistently gives me the best cut I've had in longer than I care to remember. Oh, and everything's easy.

My son hated having his hair cut, tried a few different places and he just never stayed still for anyone...until Tapainga. She has made his haircut experience amazing and she's our go to!! Also they serve you beer while you wait! Highly recommend.

First time ever coming to Arrow and I must say it was the best haircut i’ve gotten, great atmosphere and even greater staff. I had Steph doing my hair and she was amazing, had my hair looking exactly how I hoped it would come out within no time and even finished a little early while having great conversation. Raleigh is not my current home town but I will be coming to Arrow for my haircuts from now on.

The staff is always very friendly and on time with their appointments. The place is clean and they do offer beverages while you wait to get a haircut. Last time I went in they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule and get my hair take care of without an appointment as there weren’t any available before the holidays. 5-stars customer service!

Ashleigh was amazing. Reasonable pricing and GF really loved the cut. In town visiting but would definitely come back. Bonus points: parking garage beside it has 2 hr free parking so was very easy to get in and out considering the location.
