-1000/00 Very disappointed with my experience. I was required to sign in online and clearly selected the haircut I wanted. However, when I arrived, the stylist gave me a different without confirming anything first. Rookie move to cut all the hair and then ask. That was not what I requested. Overall, it felt rushed and careless. I won’t be returning. I also put down for more services she didn’t even bother asking. Update for response: Unfortunately, it is not bogus. The account would be under Alex with the same last name. I am not sure why that wasn’t looked up. I have uploaded a photo of the automated text messages for reference. I believe there was one male and two or three females working at the time.

I normally see Alyssa here and she does a fantastic job every single time. Today, however, I went to Daniel due to a last-minute cancellation and he stepped in and had me looking great. You can't go wrong with seeing anyone here.

Worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life. When I got home I couldn't believe that a “professional” would be capable of this. The “professional’s” name is Kier. Before leaving, I mentioned that I didn't like it and she gave me a “SUPER” discount of $3. She might just be joking.

Fun experience and a great way to spend a Saturday am. Andrew cut my son’s hair based on referral from a friend. He’s did an incredible job. I can see when he’s so liked, really great guy!

This was a great experience! The environment was excellent and Kendra was very personable and did an amazing job. I definitely will be back!
