Arras's Salon never fails to impress with the level of service that they provide. I have been going to see Michael (owner) at this salon for years, and the level of service that you receive from the moment you walk in until the minute you leave is first class. High recommend. you will not be disappointed.

I’ve debated leaving this review and ultimately decided to do it since I was still thinking about my unpleasant experience over a week later. I want to first start by saying that Cassi has been doing my hair for years and does a great job. This review does not reflect her or her services. She’s great and listens to what I want and executes perfectly. This review is about my overall unpleasant time at Arra last Monday. I booked my appointment online last minute and Cassi colored my hair but did not have time to cut or dry it due to having another customer. She blamed it on their wonky online booking system. I said it was my fault because I probably booked it wrong. However, the woman who WAS booked to dry my hair with their online system (Alix) said she ALSO didn’t have time for me. At th

Kaleigh is by far the BEST. I have been going to her for 2 years now and she never ceases to amaze me with her skills. She works magic with my hair every single time she is the only person I trust to do a haircut, a balayage or any type of highlights on me. She is very careful with your hair and is always on time as well. I drive 45 minutes for her appointments and I don’t regret it. She was previously out on maternity leave for a little. I waited 6 months to match my birthday time because I didn’t want to trust anyone else but her with my hair. Her energy is amazing!! I always get so many compliments from the rest of the staff and they are all so kind here. A beautiful atmosphere with smiling faces all around. They offer you coffee/ tea/ water which is a plus.

I am so excited to continue my pink hair journey with Hannah, she was absolutely amazing and did an incredible job on my hair. It was unfortunate that our time ran over and she had another client scheduled before my hair was cut, but Jordan took over and also did an amazing job and freshened up my cut perfectly! These girls are 10/10 workers and are so fun and friendly to talk to!!
