Karyn’s understanding of body mechanics is what makes her the very best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I had a wrecked shoulder about a year ago and thought I would need surgery. She carefully worked on my shoulder and the muscles surrounding it until I was pain free. I have regular follow ups to keep everything moving freely. I would give her ten stars!

Karyn’s intuitive touch quickly found where my pain emanated from. Her gentle yet more than sufficient pressure was truly welcomed as she was able to quickly unlock the knots and tension and granted me quick relief from the pain in my neck and shoulders. Both the massage and craniosacral therapy have really helped me as I have way less pain and I can actually sleep after I have my muscles worked with.
