I went in to get some developer, highlighting powder and a pull thru cap. There were three young ladies working who knew very little about hair products and nothing about pull thru caps because this is what one of them handed me when I asked for the pull thru caps for highlighting my hair. This is NOT going to work and it's not even used for highlighting because there are no holes in it just squares and thin plastic. Why would you have employees working there with no experience as to what products to use.

They always have what I need and even extras I didn’t know I needed. Ha. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have even pointed out ways to save even more money here. Highly recommend. Products are too quality.

As a hairdresser, this place is fully stocked with a great number of hair products. Never have an issue with what I need being in stock, but my only complaint is that they need more space. Feels a bit conjested.

I really wish I could only give them a 1/2 a star. This is the worst supply store I have ever had to deal with. When you order from them to be delivered to your shop you never receive your whole order. There is always an excuse as to why you didn't receive something. They claimed product is on back order but yet you can go in the store and find it on the shelf. Not to mention they want to charge you $5 for a piece of paper that has the amount that you have spent in their for your year end statemen .

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, fun, and professional all at once. Makes it a joy to shop there.
