Armstrong McCall Lewisville

Very disappointing experience. I was not greeted and immediately felt questioned instead of welcomed. I was asked why I was purchasing under my husband’s account and why I wasn’t added, even though I’ve shopped under his account for years for his business without issue. I was also given conflicting information about the return policy. The interaction felt accusatory and uncomfortable. This was especially surprising considering she stated she was the district manager and was “lining up all the stores.” Customer service should reflect leadership. I truly miss Jennifer — she was always respectful, welcoming, and professional.

I come here all the time since its the closest to me, there is always the same lady she always has the worst attitude and never greets or smiles, today I got to the cashier and I placed my products on the table to pay, she didn’t look at me and was just typing, I grabbed the products, placed them back where they belong and walked away. I get it if you are busy (Even though I was the only client in the store) but at least say “give me a second I’ll be right with you or something “ she has done this for a few times but today is the last time I come here

I LOVE coming to this location! Jennifer especially is so helpful, so sweet and she’s hilarious! I enjoy getting my products from here. Always a pleasant experience ❤️

Very helpful will be back for sure, had products id been to 6 beauty supply stores before them and they didn't have what I needed

I thought I would try this location again after treated disrespectfully during COVID in this store. I called today, September 25th '25 at 10 am for product check, I got put on hold, waited and hung up on. Called back and got an answering machine. I'll try Carrollton Armstrong McCall as they seem to be friendlier at the front.
