Armstrong McCall Denton

I’m writing to share my experience at this location. Unfortunately, I found several products with false advertisements. After checking out, I kindly requested that they remove the signs. This is the second time this has happened, and I’m not planning to return. I’m glad I don’t live in Denton, as I feel sorry for the stylist who have to deal with this situation.

This place has improved so much sense the staff change . i havent been back for awhile sense the last time we were there the guy who was there everytime we came in seemed lazy was always sitting around smoking a vape inside and sighed when we asked for a little help like we were disturbing him very unprofessional the girl with the tattoos was very very nice and helpful but didn't know much about the hair colors . she did explain she was very new she had amazing customer service this time we were very very excited to have someone walk up to me and ask me if i could use some help she seems very happy and excited to be at work and very friendly as well and helpful ! Major improvement . and she was very much able to help me in what i needed !

Whenever I go in there which is a lot. Laramie and others are the best and so very helpful. They always make me feel comfortable and so helpful with my questions and they know the store like they should! I would t go anywhere else for my barber needs. This entire store rocks I’m so glad Laramie is back he is the absolute best!!!!

Love Laramie! I’m so glad he’s back at the store, oh how we all missed his smile and bubbly personality! He’s always been so helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond to make the consumer feel valued while shopping!

I love Armstrong McCall in Denton Tx! Laramie Bartgis has ALWAYS been such a great help, friendly and goes above and beyond to help me get the products needed and if waiting on a shipment, he will call me when they arrive. He's the best!! Tiffany has been wonderful as well! They make a great team there☺️.
