Armstrong Mc Call

Mindy, the very rude & unprofessional lady in the store refused to return something because I walked in 12 minutes before they closed as you can see in the picture she’s counting the till before closing. She said that because she’s already counted the money and she has to get to a meeting at her daughter’s school, she couldn’t assist me. I said if I could have the number to corporate to report her. she said if you look on the website, you can find it yourself. I will not be helping you she refused to return anything in this location I have been mistreated by two Armstrong McCall stores and I will continue to report them until something is done for their horrible customer service!!

I’ve been coming to this Armstrong location since I first discovered them . I live right now the street so it’s easy access to my hair color desires! Everyone there has always been really nice and helpful and very open to helping.

Came to this location since I didn’t realize it existed and it’s closer to where I live than other Armstrongs. The lady that worked there was very pleasant and friendly. Not sure why that other reviewer gave one stars but they seem to comment that on all the businesses they visit. Anyways thought I’d share my experience since that was the only other review as of currently.

Very positive attitude extremely smart and experience very helpful. OMG my son and I loved her pixie pink hair.
