i absolutely do NOT recommend this place. the owner (armando) is very unprofessional and very creepy. i went in for a consultation to see what was needed to bleach my hair with previous colors left in my hair and he told me he was able to get it all done that day, he did NOT use any type of stripper/color remover to help remove the remaining bits of color and just went in with straight bleach and then used heat to process the bleach TWICE - any reputable hair dresser does not do this as it is extremely damaging to the hair. then he gave me a botched trim on my ends, he was supposed to cut layers in my hair but didn’t because he had other clients he had “forgotten” about who came in, he gave me the price of $225 for the bleach and layers - i left with damp hair and no layers. to make it all

The haircut was good but he was late for my appointment. The payment situation was sketch. Had to prepay 100% to make the appointment. After the service, I tipped $15 for a $65 haircut. Later noticed on my bank statement that he added a $30 tip. I assumed it was a mistake, so I reached out via email. He said he would correct the error but never did.

I decided to book a haircut and blow-dry with Armando Cassano because of the good reviews but that was a big mistake. I showed him a photo of the bob I wanted but he said it wouldn't work for my hair and that he knew what to do. My mistake was putting my trust in him. Instead of communicating exactly what his idea was, he cut my hair extremely short. He may have been right about my hair, but I don't know because he didn't give me the opportunity to see how the bob I wanted would look. It was very unprofessional of him not to tell me how drastically his idea was different from mine. He also didn't blow-dry my hair, so once I left the salon and it dried it was even shorter. But it gets worse. He cut my NECK. He slid the scissors along my neck and left a long cut. He didn't apologize or even

I've known Armando now for more than ten years, and he has always provided outstanding service and experience at his salon. He is top notch at his profession. I was taken back at a review regarding him being anything other than this. Thank you for serving our community so well Armando.

Armando has been cutting my hair since I was 5 years old (crazy right!), and he does an amazing job every. single. time. He not only takes his time to give you the perfect cut and blow dry, but he gets to know his clients, making the experience warm and welcoming. Tina also does an amazing job, I’ve never walked out of the salon without a smile on my face and my expectations exceeded. Although I don’t color my hair, my mom comes to Armando and whether she gets highlights/single process/etc. it always looks fantastic. If you haven’t gotten your hair done here yet, you absolutely have to!!!
