I went in for a toner and blowdry. The guy sold me in a treatment. He said it’s a small one. He didn’t mention the price. The toner came out orange and the treatment was $200 dollars. He charged me $120 for the toner. I am very upset spent $380. I left crying. Please don’t go here.

I recently visited the Arlis hair salon for a Brazilian Keratin treatment, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the treatment itself left my hair smooth and frizz-free, it caused my original hair color to completely fade. I was really hoping to maintain both the treatment’s results and my hair color, but my color disappeared after the session. What frustrated me most was that the hairstylist didn’t offer any solution or even acknowledge the issue. When I pointed it out, she didn’t seem concerned or make any effort to fix it. I expected more care, especially since I came in with specific expectations about preserving my color. I have been a client of Arlis salon for some years. It is a must to say that in my opinion it is still my favorite place. It is difficult to find in the city of Miami a professional like Arlis who is so responsible and fair in his work. He has an ethic that gives clients a lot of confidence. His priority is to take care of the health of his hair above even the monetary cost. In addition to being an excellent stylist, she is very considerate with her prices, which allows you to visit her continually. The attention from her and her work team is spectacular, without exception, all the girls are extremely good. In my case, Mrs. Libertad gives me a manicure and pedicure and for me, it is heaven, she has no replacement. My favorite salon in MIami, i love it.

Let me start off by saying WOW! I am impressed with how my hair turned out!! I did my hair with ROXY CLARO after seeing some of her great work. I was always skeptical about doing something different to my hair but Roxy was extremely patient! She understood exactly what i wanted and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She walked me through the process and was so kind!!! Honestly the salon is far from home but Roxy is the reason i go there! Will definitely be going back again to her! She is a true professional and artist!!

Worst experience I’ve had, my hair was nothing like the picture I showed them. They also put a hair treatment in my hair for 30 mins that cost $200 without asking me first if I even wanted it. Save yourself the trip and disappointment by going to this salon.
