This Salon is fantastic, friendly customer service and great atmosphere! But I have to give credit where it's due and her name is Shelby. Wow what a great visionary. I have been enjoying taking my shoulder length hair all the colors of the rainbow but, I have not seen my hair look this amazing in tell I had the pleasure of meeting Shelby. From the very beginning she was thorough detailed and did an in depth consultation with me to make sure we were able to bring our vision to life. I love pinks and purple and I did my first split color style. Wow, when I tell you that I was in awe when I got to look in the mirror. Not only had she done flawlessly with the color, she added an amazing piece to the front that gave me Cheshire Cat vibes 😍. I was so filled with joy I could not stop grinning. Bu

After over a year of not doing anything to my hair and letting it get wild- Shelby worked her magic and gave me an awesome look!! My hair feels lighter and better and the colors??!!! The pink and purple- tones and black she blended in my hair are phenomenal and I’ve gotten so many compliments!! Definitely excited to keep going to her to maintain the look or even possibly switch colors!!! Shelby- 10/10!!

This is one Google review that I am so excited about writing! I work full-time due to the Christmas hours going on in old town. I had my haircut once at this location. I was in a bind and really needed to get my haircut on a short notice. I called and spoke to Suzie, explain my situation to her and she was willing without hesitation to accommodate to get me in by 9:15 and have me out before 10 AM, all why she was doing a color application on another customer. She rocked my haircut was so pleasant and accommodating made my whole day so amazing and less stressful. Shelby is phenomenal. The only hairstylist I have ever had that actually listens to my vision and can bring it to life. My hair has very fine strands but I have a ton of it and she is so patient at getting the perfect color for me every time. Amazing conversationalist and she is great at working me in last minute 🖤✨

My hair stylist of 20 years in CA discussed what I wanted with Star. She agreed. They agreed not to use Alumi10 and no toner. She did both and I hate my hair. Total waste of 160.00. Cancel the haircut appt I made, I won't be coming back for another mistake. It's an orange copper and we agreed on strawberry blonde. It's mostly monochromatic orangey with really dark patches. (my stylist in CA told her this would be an issue) she kept saying she does this on all her clients. Obviously she takes a one size fits all approach which did not work. Update: they won't admit their stylist made a mistake.
