As a tenant the experience has been beyond amazing, beautiful amenities, very responsive team and the Colombian coffee that’s included in your monthly rent is the cherry on top. One pf the things I find very resourceful is the meeting room that you can rent at your convenience and also I really find very dynamic the fact that you have lounges areas where you can kind of layback whenever you feel not working at your office. Highly recommended

Prices are very competitive and being able to cater your own food is a huge advantage if compared with hotels in the area.

We’ve had our MAJORITY office here for a year, and the experience has been outstanding. The staff is professional, the facilities are always clean and well-organized, and the environment is quiet with no distractions. We’ve also used their meeting rooms, which makes it a very complete and convenient place. Highly recommended!
