Great selection of natural high quality Korean skin care, shampoos & conditioners, & make up at all price levels. Amore Pacific is a posh brand. IOPE , Laneige, Sulwhasoo, etc. Men's & woman's lines. Numerous free samples with purchases. I buy their high brand Sulwhasoo men's skin care products for myself & mid range brands Laneige & IOPE men's products for gifts. This franchise Aritaum store is owned by a local Korean American couple. I would rather buy my high end Korean skin care products here to support a locally owned franchise than at Nordstrom or at Neiman Marcus, where they also sell Sulwhasoo & Amore Pacific high brands or at Sephora, where they sell some Amore Pacific brands but give you no free samples with purchases. No customer service. Didn’t bother to ask if I needed help because I don’t look Asian enough but I’m Asian though. I can tell they are racist. If you don’t look Korean don’t bother to go there or else you don’t get served, just go to Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus or Sephora. Btw, Aritaum is inside Kukje Supermarket. I’ve been to this market about 3 times. During my time there, I would go by Aritaum cosmetic. I never see customers there. What is that tell you? It’s must be their horrible customer service!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Everyone is incredibly sweet and very helpful. My new favorite place! Definitely the best place!!
