Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service, Lack of Accountability, and Questionable Practices I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Arrive Med Spa. I’ve been receiving Botox for years and typically need only 30–35 units for my face (forehead, eyes, etc.). I had 79 units banked at Arrive, and because they’re closing for renovations in December, I was strongly encouraged to use all remaining units in one visit — even though I expressed that I never need that much. Trusting their expertise, I went along with their recommendation. To my disappointment, all 79 units were injected, yet entire areas were completely missed, including the right side of my forehead and part of the left. Idk if anyone else is experiencing this. But I prepaid for facials and now I have been trying to call them for the past three weeks to schedule an appointment. However, I am not hearing back from them. I’ve left voicemails and emailed as well. This is ridiculous! I don’t even know what to do at this point.

I came into Ariba Medical Spa to receive lip filler. Emma was the one that assisted with creating an appointment for me, and she made it be such an easy time! The other ladies there were also friendly and helped me with any questions I had without a problem. Kaylee did my lip filler, and she was so kind and comforting! She analyzed my natural lip shape and fullness and gave me feedback on what she recommended based on that. Highly recommend Ariba Med Spa.

I've had a great experience here. Went in for laser hair removal and Jackie was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the whole process. Initially the hair was not reducing by much and they didn't hesitate to give me additional free sessions + reduced price for future maintenance sessions. Kalee has been a great specialist as well as Elisa. Highly recommend them - they stand by their work.

Amazing service!!! 10/10 recommended I did full body laser and face maintenance. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. All the technicians / nurses take their time,and explain things well at each session. I am very happy with their service and results.
