Arch Salon & Suites - Excelsior

I am new to the west side of the cities and started going to Arch to see Rachael for a bridal makeup trial. Fast forward now, she quickly became my hair stylist. Rachael is the kindest soul, super knowledgeable, and has amazing talent with hair & makeup. Arch is a BEAUTIFUL facility. It is Very clean, classy, and chic with a variety of experts for self care. The atmosphere is so positive and the front desk gal always greets you with a kind smile and is not afraid to make conversation as you wait for your hairstylist. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful place so close to home!

I recently visited arch and I can confidently say it was one of the best hair salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming. The staff was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. The attention to detail was incredible—everything from the shampoo massage to the final blowout felt luxurious. I walked out with a cut and color that I absolutely love—it looks great and feels so healthy!

I had an exceptional hair service by Maia C. She was extremely accommodating, had excellent ideas for a refreshed look, and executed her ideas flawlessly. I was so pleased with her work and would absolutely recommend Maia for hair and/or makeup ❤️

Gorgeous, spacious spot that feels more like a spa then a salon. It’s roomy, cozy, and right away you’re welcomed in. Guests can enjoy water, a beverage (if of age) and relax, all while getting your hair pampered. Highly recommend Brandi Crotty, she’s been doing my hair for over three years and she’s a literal magician with color, extensions, and styling!

Great service and attention to detail. Francesca listened to my concerns about my haircut and offered some good suggestions. She was very careful to make sure the style was working the way I wanted it before proceeding with the entire haircut. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and already booked my next haircut! Plus I liked the modern vibe of the salon 😃
