Arboretum Nails & Spa

I have been coming to the snail salon for several years now and they always do a phenomenal job. I have never left a review but today they did an exceptional job and I wanted to share.

I got a gel (shellac) manicure at this salon, and unfortunately the quality was disappointing. After just one week, the entire gel started peeling off in pieces. Normally, my gel manicures last around three weeks without any issues, so this was unexpected. In my opinion, a gel manicure should last at least two weeks, and one week is simply not acceptable. I hope the salon can improve the quality of their service.

All the staff do a really good job and it just comes down to everyone having a favorite or two. This is my go to for pedicures as well because I'm very sensitive about my feet but I've learned to trust them and they take good care of them. If you have an issue about something, let them know and give them a chance to make it right. I think end of day that goes a long ways to keeping customers happy and returning. The service is decent and don't always need an appointment, just depends what time you come in. I'll keep supporting them and if you're looking for a new place to try, give them a chance. I found them by accident and it was the best thing that could have happened. Updated pic with latest set. So gorgeous and getting a lot of attention. I love that they let me choose as I see fit.

The staff here are amazing! They're so genuinely kind and talented. They're quick with their work and my nails look amazing every time. The environment is so relaxing. It's always a treat to come here and I recommend it as the best nail salon in North Austin!

Always does great work here. My wife and I have been coming here for 10 years. Top notch! Wonderful warm fuzzy feeling too. Also had a back wax.
