went here because I was traveling internationally the same day and needed a quick gel manicure. BIG mistake. For the amount they charge, this is honestly unacceptable. My nails look thick and bulky instead of smooth and shaped. The gel is uneven, the structure is off, and some nails look wider and “fat” instead of tapered and clean. The surface isn’t properly finished and the whole set looks rushed. This is not what you expect when you’re paying $$$. There were also communication issues during the appointment, which made it hard to explain the exact shape and finish I wanted. Very frustrated and disappointed. I’ll update my review if they do fix it But right now, I definitely can’t recommend this place. Save your money!

The folks at Arbor Nail Bar are amazing! From the front desk to the nails techs, the quality of treatment and nails are always perfect. I started going to them for my nails 3 yrs ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Brayden never misses with my nail sets, and Miss Moon is an angel when tackling my ingrown toe nails. Love love love this establishment!

Update: Jenny, the very kind owner, redid my nails since my sister is from out of state and did an excellent job. She apologized and I thought that was a fair solution. My 2 sisters and I got gel manicures yesterday right before closing. The staff was very nice, but the quality of service wasn’t as great. According to the website, the $45 service comes with a short shoulder massage that none of us received- I got maybe a 3 minute hand massage. I didn’t even realize this until today when I checked to see the description of what it was I was supposed to get. I think the whole process took 20 minutes from start to finish. The pictures shown are of one of the manicures where one side strip of the nail wasn’t painted and the other maybe went too far and is already peeling. So didn’t even last

Literally my favorite salon i’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to 3 different people at the salon and all of them have been great. But Brayden is by far my favorite. He is so nice and so thorough you feel like the price is fair as well.

First time here today, I believe with Natalie....best nail shape, we changed plans at the end and she brought up the idea of a natural chrome instead of the red tips I was going to get and they are perfect shape and length and everything. Definitely coming back! $80 included full set and the length/shape/chrome add ons. Fantastic.
