Massage was okay, but the service and amenities were very disappointing. They close at 5:00 PM, and starting at 4:30 they were already trying to rush us out of the spa. What should have been a relaxing experience quickly became stressful. We still had a full 30 minutes left, yet they kept pushing us to leave. If you don’t enjoy working with people or providing customer service, a spa may not be the place to work—this is supposed to be a relaxing environment. The front desk lady was rude for no reason. We paid $150 for this service, and we deserved to be treated with respect. Save your money and try another resort or hotel. This place is not worth it.

went for my husbands birthday...everyone from front desk to girls doing massage ..to towell lady..to waitress at pool...to umbrella lady ..to security.... everyone is soooo nice and helpful the spa is very clean....smells great and they all went out of their way to make us feel good we winning for a couples massage, Kelly did the massage on my husband and Pelaar did the massage on me. They were both excellent excellent excellent five stars super nice super respectful and a great massage. We were also offered a pool depot where we were treated with such kindness and respect. Everyone is constantly in the pool around the pool cleaning and picking up. Susan the waitress of the pool is excellent she exceeded our expectations. Everyone the cleanliness of the organization just the overall feel

Had a wonderful experience. Got a prenatal massage from Ana. She was very personable and amazing at what she does. I was also educated on how to properly stretch which was appreciated. 10/10

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was truly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The therapist alternated between applying no pressure at all and suddenly pinching, which was neither therapeutic nor relaxing. To make matters worse, both therapists in the room were shockingly rude. I’ll refrain from sharing the details here out of respect for privacy, but the behavior was deeply unprofessional. Unfortunately, this felt more like a scam than a service. I walked out feeling worse than when I arrived — physically and emotionally. I wish I could put negative five angry faces for this place. A real shame.

The worst massage in my life!!! I came here for a full-body massage and was extremely disappointed. The specialist barely touched me, skipped my arms, part of my back, and other areas. It was so bad I had to stop halfway and complain. The staff was rude, refused a refund, and still charged me full price. After 12 years of regular massages, this was by far the worst. Avoid this spa at all costs!
