On an empty snowy day, where no customers were presented I was turned away and was told that I need to make an appointment. I asked her where can I make an appointment can she give me the phone number and she said she don’t know I have to look outside on the front door. The door outside says “walk ins welcome” “call for appointments”. Lol very much prejudice here. Maybe because I came in not presentable but hey we did just have a blizzard yesterday people should be dressed warm. However, I won’t even bother with this location.

I can tell everyone that this place is very comfortable and clean and the masseuses know how to take good care of clients. They give a professional massage because it was brand new and I left feeling very relaxed since they provide good service and it's cheap. Thanks to the girls who work there, they are the best. I love them.

Never again. I made an appointment yesterday for my husband for Father’s Day and upon walking in, I received a funny vibe from the two women that came out of the back room. One, they thought I called and asked for a couple’s massage. I made it clear that when I called yesterday, I said it was would be one person for an hour full body massage. Okay fine, we got past that, but then I’m immediately told there’s a rule of a $20 tip and that I must pay now BEFORE service. I explained I didn’t have a problem with the tip part but I’ve never paid for service AND the tip before actually being serviced at any spa or better yet, a mall massage kiosk. I then presented my card for payment. I was told it’s cash only, but then I pointed to the door where there were card stickers on the front, Discover,

I visited them earlier this year, and I was disappointed with the service. I found it extremely unreasonable that the lady asked for a $20 tip in addition to the already high price. As a result, I will not be going back and I cannot recommend them.

Good place. I love that there is no appointment and just walk in. Amy, you're the best 👌 ❤️
