Apollo Beauty Supply

With so many beauty supply stores in the great village of Harlem, this is my favorite one. I try to come here when I'm in Harlem, but sometimes I forget. I always find everything I need, and the prices are affordable too. Oh, they also give you a coupon too!!! Great staff too!!!

So I come to this beauty supply all the time, sometimes I travel to this location (out of my way) because the service is usually decent. There is usually a pretty older asian lady at the register, super nice lady. Today service was terrible. I purchased 34 dollars worth of product and provided the cashier with a 5 dollar coupon. My total purchase came up to 29.30. I realized I was just .70 cents from $30 which would have qualified me for a $3 coupon for my next visit. I then offered to purchase additional items to get me to $30 and was told it couldn't be authorized. The cashier was really over the top. I won't be back. Its sad that her ability to understand the reasoning behind the coupon offer is to encourage customers to come back.

These people are horrible and rude they were talking about me and following me and harassing me don’t spend money here

Accidentally gave the cashier a $100 bill yesterday on june 9th of 2022 , you think she would have said mam you gave me too much..... nope! Didn't notice until I got home to empty out my pocketbook. Been calling the store since 930 last night & 10am this morning....no one picks up!!! I'm sharing this here hoping the owner will reach out to me to fix the error. I really need my change back. They are scammers!!!!! Even tho the price is on the product, the register still charges you extra dollars on top of tax fee so beware get your Calculator out when you check out and do the math because they are scammers will be calling my bank!!!!
