Generally disappointing as a vendor and insanely hard to contact. I have done business with this company for years sadly and currently giving up to work with a competitor with a higher price. at least they want the order! Apollo is unable to do anything without a part number it seems even though their own catalogue has a "quick selection" guide. You'd think if we picked off the quick selection they would be able to know their own part numbers but nope, as the customer you have to put together the formula/string of numbers to create their part number for them. Good luck calling to get an answer too - Out of 4 calls during their listed open hours only 1 was picked up by warehouse (lady was very nice and understood the issue it seems from the sigh i got when explaining my difficulties conta

They've definitely come through when I've needed them in a tight deadline situation. Work with them several times in the past, great company.
