Apex Nails is truly the best nail salon I have ever been to. Every time I walk in, I ask for the most ridiculous, over-the-top designs and I never even have an appointment, yet they crush it every single time. I have had different technicians on almost every visit and somehow the quality is consistently flawless no matter who I get. The owner is incredibly hands-on and attentive, constantly checking in with her team to make sure every client is getting top-tier service. You can feel how much pride they take in their work. Their customer service is honestly unmatched. They do the cutest giveaways, and today they literally handed me a Christmas gift with nail oil, hand lotion, and cozy Christmas socks for every guest, not just me. Who does that? This is the best salon I have been to! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have had a few different staff members take care of me and each of them have been a pleasure! They are so talented and have great attention to detail. I never have any issues with my nails in between appointments. They even gave my mom and I Christmas goodies when we visited last month! What a sweet and unexpected gesture :) I will be coming here for as long as I live in Nashville! Also, it always smells so good in here! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Q was incredibly friendly and really took the time to bring my nail designs to life. I showed him several inspo pictures, and he listened carefully, checking in at each step to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. The service included gel nails, an add on, cuticle care, shaping and a relaxing hand massage all at a very reasonable price for the area. I wanted a very natural-looking shiny nude pink nails, and I am very satisfied with how it turned out. I’d definitely come back to try more designs!

Danny and Michelle were exemplary in their work In customer service. They did a beautiful job on my nails and toes and I have traveled all over the world and this is hands-down. The best place I have ever been. They were also awesome with my 83 year old mother She absolutely loved her nails and is very very particular. Please tell them Amy sent you. Have been obsessed with this set for weeks now and I have zero complaints. Scheduled with Q and was going for a simple french until I decided I wanted more and he absolutely delivered! Have gotten so many compliments and couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend Q, he is so skilled and detailed. Not to mention, he takes your inspo to another level ☺️
