I was in town this weekend visiting family and decided I wanted a little me time. So I scheduled one of the specials with Melanie. I have to say I’ve been using the skin care line for a little over two years now and I’m obsessed. BUT the spa experience I cannot recommend more! I’ve gone to quite a few different places around Bend, Eugene and West Linn and Melanie knows what she’s doing. She is so peaceful, kind, caring, and overall just relaxing. This is exactly what I needed. I loved that she would take the time to tell me what she was doing so there weren’t any uncomfortable surprises (like a cooling or tingling sensation). I have been using Angelina products for over 10 years. A friend introduced the skin care products when I was going through menopause and struggling with acne. I instantly was a raving fan when my skin cleared up quickly! I expanded into using AOS products for eye treatment, masks, rescue cream for my daughter when she has random break outs, sunscreen and whatever else skincare that came up for me. Recently though I have taken my loyalty up another notch. I ran into a product challenge and reached out to ask about it. Angelina responded quickly and was empathetic, apologetic, compassionate and on top of whatever she could do to make the situation better. She reminded me that true branding of a product comes up when there is a challenge and the company gets to choose how to take care of it.

I love using my AOS skincare products. And! Am so excited to have a local shop that conscientiously sources their ingredients. Angela was so lovely to talk to, and happpy to share about both her love of herbs and sourcing when I asked:) Thanks for having a stellar and delightful product!!!!!!

Due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to go to the shop in person. I made an online order and it was shipped right away. When I contacted about a question I had I got an immediate response. I appreciate the prompt customer service and the product suggestions/samples that could help with Maskne because it is a thing and my chin could use a little help! My hands are cracked and chafed from so much washing and they feel soothed already after applying Skin Doctor the first time. My new lip balm and tint feel and look good! Thanks so much! Will order (or stop in when schedule allows) again.

My neighbor introduced me to AOS and I absolutely love their products! I've switched all of my products over to AOS and don't plan to switch back. I have always had a pleasant experience going in to their store and ordering on line has been easy, too.
